TUMBLING PROGRAM
Black Diamond’s coed tumbling program is designed to support cheerleaders, dancers, divers, and those looking for a fun activity to stay in shape and learn advanced-beginner through advanced tumbling skills. This curriculum appropriately challenges its participants in order to reach your goals utilizing our in-ground Euro Trampolines, foam pits, and padded training center in Park City.
Classes Offered

Beginning Tumbling (Ages 5+)
No experience is required for this introductory coed class that helps athletes build the basic foundational skills and drills for advanced tumbling. Skills include rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and strength.
Intermediate Tumbling (Ages 6+)
The focus of this coed class is to get the athletes ready to perform advanced tumbling skills, including lead-up drills for back handsprings and roundoffs, as well as total body conditioning and endurance. Athletes advance to this class based on coach recommendation only.
Advanced Tumbling (Ages 6+)
This coed class continues to build on the foundational skills from the previous level, with the main focus on learning back handsprings, connections, and rebounding progressions. Athletes advance to this class based on coach recommendation only.
Flip & Twist (Ages 8+)
The athletes in this coed class will begin to add flipping and twisting to their tumbling once they have mastered the rebounding techniques from previous levels. They will also work on skills specific to their needs and skill level. Athletes advance to this class based on coach recommendation only.
