NINJAZONE PROGRAM

NinjaZone focuses the minds of enthusiastic kids by using movements their bodies inherently crave. Ninjas are trained to spin, roll, flip, kick, and fly through challenges – almost as if they are starring in a real-life video game. Ninja skills transcend the gym. The progressive skill system in the NinjaZone program teaches focus, grit, and confidence, leaving kids ready for the next challenge – at Ninja class, or in life. NinjaZone is turning energy into ambition… One awesome kid at a time!

Classes Offered

NinjaZone is inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance

Lil' Ninja (Ages 4 -5)

Lil' Ninja. is the entry level class for younger students to the new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance.

Ninja White (Ages 5-17)

Ninja White embodies discipline, focused energy and skill in each week’s lesson plans. This entry level class focuses heavily on obstacle training, ninja-style tumbling, balance and much more. This class is introduced to our ninja warrior rig that highlights a warped wall, peg board, rock wall, monkey bars, salmon ladder and much more!

Ninja Yellow (Ages 6-17)

Ninja Yellow is for our older athletes who are looking to train like the American Ninja Warriors seen on TV. This class focuses on high-level obstacle training, enhancing agility, and developing full-body strength. These athletes will train predominantly on our Ninja Warrior rig that features a warped wall, peg-board, monkey bars, rings, salmon ladder & more! This class is based on coach recommendation only.

Ninja Green (Ages 8-17)

Ninja Green is the next level in NinjaZone Classes. After mastering the skill requirements of Ninja Yellow, students will continue building progressions on flips, twists, rolls and kicks. This class is based on coach recommendation only.
