BIG AIR TRAMPOLINE

Black Diamond’s Big Air coed program was designed to support skiers, snowboarders, skaters, divers, and other athletes looking for high quality cross-training for their respective sports in the Park City and surrounding areas. The curriculum focuses on trampoline and tumbling instruction designed to enhance core strength, air awareness, and self-confidence while learning the proper technique of flipping and twisting.

Classes Offered

Trampoline Classes

Big Air 1 (Ages 5+)

No experience required for this coed class for younger athletes that introduces the basics of air awareness and trampoline safety. Athletes will learn proper gym etiquette and discipline in a fun and engaging atmosphere. The curriculum includes skills such as rolls, spins, positions, grabs, and early stages of off-axis rotations. This class helps athletes build the basic foundational skills and drills for future trampoline classes.

Big Air 2 (Ages 8+)

In this coed class athletes begin to flip forward and backward as well as work on continued air awareness. Skills include forward, off-axis flipping. Athletes advance to this class based on coach recommendation only.

Big Air 3 (Ages 10+)

Athletes in this coed class begin to add flipping and twisting on and off trampoline once they have mastered the proper techniques from previous classes. They also work on skills specific to their needs, and skill level. Athletes advance to this class based on coach recommendation only.
