Recreational Gymnastics
Black Diamond offers gymnastics instruction for girls and boys of all ability levels. Lesson plans incorporate activities on many pieces of apparatus including vault, bars, balance beam, tumbling, tumble track and mini trampoline. Class levels are based on age and skill ability. The order of classes is as follows:
