About
Black Diamond Gymnastics & Sports Center was founded by educator and former gymnast, Katy Heddens, whose vision was to create a positive, fun and safe learning environment for children and families throughout the community. The center opened its first location in Park City in 1999; it’s second location in South Jordan in 2009; it’s third location in Heber City in 2018.
Professionally trained and certified instructional staff
Staff members participate in a minimum of 3 hours of professional development every month.
Our staff is trained with the most current techniques in safety, skill development and progressions.
Most of our staff is comprised of college students and graduates. Though we occasionally employ high school students, our clients will discover that they are exceptional students, clear communicators and responsible team players.
We are passionate about what we do and are specialists in “Fun With a Purpose”!

We offer all sorts of activities for the entire family including gymnastics, power tumbling & trampoline, dance, cheer, camps, language classes, academic preschool and after school programs. We’ve got it all at Black Diamond Gymnastics and Sports Center.

We are located in the heart of the Daybreak community just off 114th South and Bangerter Highway. Within walking distance you’ll find restaurants, a bakery, boutique, salon and bike shop. Run errands while your child is in class or relax and watch in our comfortable viewing area.
