TUMBLING (10 years +)
This program is for gymnasts, dancers, cheerleaders and those that are looking for a fun activity to stay in shape and learn cool skills. Students will fine-tune basic skills (handstands, cartwheels and round-offs) while working up to back and front handsprings, saltos and combinations. (Students must already have a 5 second handstand, cartwheel, round-off and straight arm bridge register for these classes.)

TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING (5 years +)
This is the perfect program “track” to teach your child safe, developmentally sound basics for aerial skills. Emphasis is on core stability, body awareness and self confidence. This goal-oriented curriculum appropriately challenges its participants in a fun, energetic environment.

BIG AIR (8-18 years)
The Big Air program is especially for skiers, boarders, skaters, etc. The curriculum focuses on trampoline and tumbling instruction designed to enhance core strength, air awareness and self-confidence while learning the proper technique of flipping and twisting.
